You will fix this by making sure the availability is selected for the 'Online Store' within the product catalog for the Carbon Neutral Order product. Additionally, depending on if you use an inventory management system that "controls" your product's availability within your store, you may need to categorize the Carbon Neutral Order product as 'in stock' by default.
